He was only 5 minutes late and they already given the flowers away, and the individual that got them didn't even ask for those flowers either. Meaning he also did not get what he asked for. To make matters worse the bouquet they had given him only had one of the flowers I asked for, and the rest were ugly filler flowers! He took the refund, the woman at the counter refunded the money to the wrong card and he informed her of that, she said there's nothing I could do about that when she could actually cancel the transaction and redo it. He left the flowers, meaning everything was a waste of time, money, and they didn't even try compensate or give him another. No one at the store knew how to handle this, horrible customer service, incompetent and unprofessional!!!!

They sell fantastic flowers and do a delivery service. Their flowers are very contemporary and are very high quality. They do fantastic window displays which really show off their abilities. Since moving they have also been able to open a coffee shop within the flower shop. They sell many lunch items, I especially like their nachos. They also do sandwiches and paninis and yummy desserts too. There is a really nice atmosphere in there and all the staff are very happy and friendly. It is really fun sitting and eating lunch and watching the florists making up the most beautiful flower arrangements.

She even had the box of chocolates gift wrapped as well. When I called, it was almost 1pm over there and the shop closes at 2pm on Wednesdays. They were unable to deliver that day, but reached out to me via email to let me know that they would try again first thing the next day. Amanda was excellent in communicating with me every step of the way. She even sent me a picture of the delivered flower arrangement and gift-wrapped chocolates. The pricing was very reasonable too and my Mum was so happy with her beautiful flowers! Definitely recommend!
