I spoke with VAL who was very kind and understanding and I made an appointment with him to come in my home and take me down my outdoor stairs so I could go to my doctors appointment. He was on time, professional and he told me not to be scared. This electric wheelchair he has that has rubber tracks that took me down seven flights in about 10 seconds with no bumps. After my doctors appointment, I called him back up and VAL came back to my house and brought me back up the stairs with no issues. VAL has really helped my recovery because I'm not stressing about how I'm going to get in and out of my home. Do yourself a favor and give this company a call. They can help you with all your needs. They didn't tie down my wheelchair properly and they bounced all the way. We needed to get her to an appointment - problem is her bedroom is in the second floor and most of the companies we called wouldn't even give us the time of day when they heard second floor. Jolly shows up with a special piece of equipment to get her down the stairs then transferred her into the wheelchair. Had it not been for Jolly pulling through we would have been out of gas. The two guys that came were amazing - stayed with her through appointment - then got her back up stairs again. I was fine with cost as peace of mind and safe transportation was what I needed. I called them the day before the scheduled ride and everything was confirmed. I spoke with Mary. I called when they were 10 minutes late and luckily Mary answered the phone. I had spoken to her twice before to book and confirm. She told me the drivethey would not be there for another 45 minutes! Much too late to reach the scheduled appointment! I managed to get my dad to the treatment but it was very stressful for both of us. These people are shameless and should not be taking advantage of sick and elderly people...to make matters worse. After being told I would get a full refund I have now had to institute a complaint with my credit card company. They only refunded the $60 wheelchair fee! I am out $270 for a ride that never happened! Please don't use this company. They sound professional and accommodating but have no accountability or moral compass behind the business.
