My hair is the most stubborn, dry, porous, mistreated, abused, disrespected, grey, 3 different dye grow out lines with ugly colors, brassy gross leftovers, etc. I am hard pressed to find a vegan cruelty free hair product that understands my hair. I voiced my concerns to Jamie and she instantly responded with care and concern that I find the right system for my hair. She consulted me with knowledge and offered me a solution. Thus far, all of the ingredients are the ones I look for in a great hair treatment. Argan, Coconut, Keratin, etc, are proven to saturate damaged hair. They know what they are doing. THAT is the kind of customer service you ONLY get from small business. Cool name as well! I fully support B Uniq. Thank you Jamie and B Uniq!

After my stylist retired, I started going to Mallory, another fabulous stylist here, and I couldn't be more pleased with my haircuts and the attention to my haircare needs. The salon is clean and attractive, with good spacing between chairs -- which has been important to me during the pandemic. The front desk is also pleasant and efficient, and great about scheduling or rescheduling when I call. Another bonus: The parking at Bianchi's is free and convenient -- which you can't say about many Royal Oak businesses!

(I've included a few pics of previous looks she's done for me as proof of her artistry) On top of being great at what she does, Vega is truly just a lovely and engaging presence, so fun to chat with! If you're reading these reviews trying to choose a stylist, try Vega - you won't regret it. The salon itself is gorgeous and welcoming - I love all the snacks and drinks they offer, the music is always great and the rest of the employees are lovely and seem to be equally great at their work, from what I've observed. I'm moving to Boston soon but I plan on scheduling appointments with Vega whenever I visit Michigan, rather than finding a new stylist in MA. That should tell you everything you need to know!
