This isn't just an office to get adjusted. The Spinecenter focuses on your overall health. They offer suggestions for nutrition and they have a Crossfit center next door. The massage therapist, Nicki, is very friendly and very good. She often incorporates cupping in her massages. I see her often and highly recommend her. Dr. Todd does take X-rays to evaluate what's going on with your body and he will show you the X-rays as well. He does have exercises that he recommends before and after treatment to help with your treatment, like the roller bed. I recommend seeing Dr. Todd for your spine. He is kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and he will remember you. The staff in the office are also friendly and helpful. I have done physical therapy which helped some and I've tried medications but ultimately that's just managing the symptoms when they occur instead of helping to prevent them or lessen their frequency. Several friends recommended that I try a chiropractor, Dr.D in particular and I'm really glad that I did. In the time that I've been a patient my back pain has become much less severe and in fact is nearly gone right now and I feel confident that the next time my back acts up it will be much more manageable with Dr.D's help. I also talked to Dr.D about my headaches that I have had pretty much my entire life (my official diagnosis is chronic headaches) a couple of times per week and I'm absolutely elated to report that after having him work on my neck a bit I have only had two minor headaches in the last MONTH! That's huge for me. If you have ever though about trying chiropractics I can now say that I recommend that you do! I can also say that Dr. Dahlkamp is very professional, very friendly and really listens to his patients. The office is very spacious and very comfortable as well and they have nice equipment. The receptionist is always very sweet and pleasant to talk to. They also just recently added a massage therapist to their staff to create a more "full service" experience in the office. There will also be some Zumba classes beginning there soon as well I hear so it's clearly becoming sort of a one stop shop for all of your health and well being needs! Stop in and see them today!!!

Let me start by saying that I found Dr. Dupont and his practice by accident but I am sooooo very…read morehappy that I did. I was looking for a doctor to help with my nutrition and diet. When I searched on HealthGrades, Dr. Dupont came up because he helps with nutrition as a part of your overall care if you're one of his chiropractic patients. I went in with no expectations other than the fact that at some point, I'd get some help with my food. MAN! I had misalignments all over the place! I had what looked like early scoliosis, and hips that were not set evenly. I'd had so many difficulties in the gym with getting more weight in on my reps, or even getting very low in a squat. After my first adjustment, I saw an immediate difference in my gym life. Dr. DuPont explained how the spine works and why those small misalignments make such a big difference. He is so thorough and so caring. He explains things in such detail that at one point in one of my appointments, I felt bad because I worried for whoever was after me. He really takes his time answering your questions! The strangest thing about the adjustment was feeling crooked afterwards. Your body gets so used to being out of wack that when you straighten up, it feels wrong. But I'm getting used to being "straight" now haha. The receptionist is such a sweetheart, always smiling and friendly. They also have a massage therapist on site who I have affectionately started calling "angel hands".... That should tell you how happy I am with her massages. I'd definitely recommend this practice to anyone!

I wasn't in rib pain before but he adjusted ALL of my ribs and somehow they got "stuck" and I woke up in the middle of the night not being able to move my head or neck for three days! I have been in pain ever since, going to chiropractors, acupuncture, massage, other ancient Chinese meds like skin scraping, and even cortisone shots to try and reverse what he had done. It's now causing radiating pain, numbness, itching, and burning down my arms and into my hands. He adjusts while talking to other patients and I even heard a patient mention to him while I was there once "remind me never to have you do that again," referring to rib adjustment. If I could give zero stars, I would. Maybe if you don't allow him to adjust your ribs you will have a better experience.
