Dr. M has been an absolute game-changer for our family. My husband and I are concierge clients, and we've relied on her care on many occasions--both for routine needs and for urgent situations that pop up at the most inconvenient times. What sets her apart is the access and responsiveness. Being able to text with a question, get quick guidance, or secure an appointment without delay is invaluable--especially because we travel frequently. No matter where we are, she responds promptly, thoughtfully, and with a level of attentiveness that immediately puts you at ease. Most recently, I started coming down with the flu, and she was incredible. Even while boarding a plane, she stopped everything to ensure I got the right care quickly and that I was supported step-by-step. She also proactively made sure my husband had what he needed preventatively, because he was headed into an important board meeting and couldn't risk getting sick. The fact that she handled all of this while in the middle of leaving for a trip speaks volumes. Her service is truly above and beyond--thorough, compassionate, and unwaveringly dependable. If you're considering concierge medicine, I can't recommend Dr. M enough. read more

I am not sure why my previous review was removed but I want to share that my girlfriend had a very negative experience here. She was treated rudely and overheard staff talking about her treatment after the session. She has been upset since. The owner has been messaging me on Yelp and I view this as bullying. It is also interesting that the negative (1 star reviews) she has are in the "do not recommend section" after having been posted. Business owners should not be rewarded for knowing how to game the system on yelp or other review engines. Will check back to see if this one gets removed or deleted. read more

Since, I've found two really good facial/ chemical peel places that are cheaper and the process was longer and more relaxing. The staff was extremely nice though.

I found that odd because my issue was not cosmetic it was medical. But the staff was insistent that I pay another $100, but then proceeded to give me a sales pitch on how I would get that back if I did the procedure. It's been over 2 months now and they never even filed it with my insurance. If they had been upfront with me when I checked in that they weren't going to run my insurance and it would cost $100 for a visit instead of just my copay I would have had a totally different experience.

I have really enjoyed being a patient at Forest Wellness MD! I have been eating a mostly healthy diet and exercising regularly for 2 years with no budging over 5 lbs in my weight loss journey. Dr. M. was able to look into my labwork results, understand what I need most for my body and health conditions (Hypothyroid, high stress), and what I have been trying to do and determine the best route to seek for weight loss.
