They advertise a pet friendly community but by hiring this company that is not true! OPP reviews your ESA documents and comes back declining the legal letter stating you obtained it incorrectly and then switches your dog from ESA animal to a regular pet and if it is a restricted breed they inform you that either you get rid of your beloved family member or move. Forcing you to move even though your dog was accepted prior to Edward Rose hiring Out Pet Policy to handle pet documentation allowing you to have your dog and accepting the ESA legal letter. Ridiculous. Stay away!!! Our Pet Policy is illegally doing this to people who have legal verifiable documentation. With going with OPP Edward Rose is forcing people to move out of a community that they called home for which I did but no longer. The office staff/maintenance is great.

Shady people hang out down there doing drugs, peeing on the floors, no cameras or windows (the window wells are boarded shut). Management does NOTHING about most complaints. Hallways dirty and ashes and cigarette butts in the halls constantly in "no smoking commons areas". Partying in the halls. Structural issues. They don't even have access to the cameras that they DO have on the property and need police involvement to see any footage. Mold in the windows and walls. Busted trim that just falls off. Years of nicotine drips down the walls when it's hot despite layers of sticky cheap pain on everything. Paint so sticky my things literally stick to the walls and it's torn boxes and busted a jewelry box I've had since childhood because the paint made it so stuck to the shelf in the closet that it has to be pried off to move it. No closet doors. No coat storage. Poor repair jobs. Gang activity. If you could name something to be wrong with a place it's got it going on! -100/10 do NOT bring your children to live here! Not safe! Not clean! No order whatsoever!

I had the people working on the property window peeping and management ignore my complaints about these situations. They also do monthly fire alarm inspections. They never fixed anything in my apartment completely. They never answer their phone. No management is on site all week long so you can never reach anyone in person either. Homeless people lived behind the dumpsters quite often. They raised the rent on me by 300 dollars without notifying me. No communication or care for tenants at all.
