I know they're probably busy so my mom and I went there. We needed a two bedroom which they don't have available. We could get on the wait list and do the application. The fee is $50 a person, no problem. After a year the application expires and you need to do another if you don't get a place. Then pay another $50 per person. Good way to make money for them I guess. The lady was rude and didn't offer to let us look at a 1 bedroom to get an idea of what they look like. We tried to ask her some other things when another lady walked in. She turned away from us and started speaking with her. We were immediately dismissed.

The front desk lady is very unprofessional. My uncle had a…read moredoctor appointment and was going to the doctor via transportation bus. The front desk lady never answered the phone to let nurses know transportation is on the way. One nurse did try her best but nobody else would help her. We were an hour late! My uncle was sent out with a portable oxygen tank that didn't even work! He was sent with a wheelchair that had no legs for his feet. He has sores and is almost 6 foot. He doesn't have the strength to hold his feet up. I had to wheelchair him around backwards. Luckily his doctor appointment is in community hospital. My uncles oxygen was at 70. The ER admitted him. We find out he is WAY WORSE than before. I would randomly check in and see my uncle had absolutely no blankets on, hanging off the bed, his gown was undone, no water, and no call light to where he can push if he needs to. His IV was under his body and he couldn't even move his arm around. His bed would be left up at 90 degree angle. Nobody cared to adjust his bed, clean up his room, brush his teeth, lotion him, nothing. He would be given his food and then taken away 10 mins later. He needed help opening things. The food provided was IMPOSSIBLE for him to eat. It was never cut up. Heck they couldn't even provide straws or cups. I constantly had to ask for more. My uncle would spill his juice on him bc no straw. He had an IV in his arm for 4 days. He is immune compromised. The ER took it out as it can cause infection. I brought my own water/snacks to provide fresh cold water. Nobody wants nasty stale room temp water. I was accused of stealing my own purse yet my pen was stolen. It was sentimental to me. My uncle now has a really bad infection, extreme sores from never ever being moved on his butt and feet. Super dry skin. Mouth sore from dehydration and lack of care. No meal for 9 days now. He's in the hospital and will NEVER EVER GO BACK TO BEECH GROVE MEADOWS! They left my uncle to literally die.
