I was given a tour first and they give you the option of a free water, beer, or wine while you get your hair done. I got water. They wash your hair and give you a great hand massage after. Then they take you to get your hair cut. She was very skilled and quick with her scissors. Afterwards she blow dried my hair and it looked FABULOUS! I loved it so much. It was all done for $30 flat rate, not including tip and I gave a good one. I didn't schedule a follow up appointment but I know I'll be back. My hair still looks great, even in this humidity.

They told me if I did not cancel the day before I would be charged so I needed to hold appointment with my credit card. I got there 15 minutes early and the sign on the door said they were closed. There was a number to call. . When I called that number I was told all the appointments were moved to South Tampa location. Would not have been a problem if they had texted but they did not! I feel like receptionist was trying to gaslight me! She insisted they texted me. They did not! At $4.50 a gallon that was a waste of time and money!
