I called to inquire about the condition of my Snowblower and was belittle by the owner who stated that he was rich and didn't need my nixxer money and he didn't care about my problem and suggested i get a lawyer. The lack of professionalism was disturbing that a business man in the era would use such language toward a customer. i just wanted the missing part and an explanation for breaking my snow blower and attempting to make me pay for repairs.
