We had to have someone come out to RE-INSTALL them correctly, which they paid for. Upon hearing about how much more energy efficient their products were, we were sure we were making a money saving decision. Since installing these products our electric bills HAVE NOT gone down! We got our most recent update on our electric company stating our upcoming bill is going to be $100+/- more than last month. This is UNACCEPTABLE! We were told we would notice a difference immediately, but its absolutely NOT TRUE! I expect this review to be deleted because they are misrepresenting their products and they tend to lean toward older people, to sell this stuff to. I have contacted the loan company and they said they don't arbitrage between sellers and buyers. We are senior citizens and we believe we were taken advantage of to get our money. Im going to contact anyone I can to let them know that we feel as we were scammed. They said they would email the quote over. I followed up a few times to get this emailed quote to see for myself what they were trying to sell my mom for that much money. After many messages to them for the quote to be sent over, they have not responded at all. I am guessing the sales person realized that the quote would go to someone else for scrutiny and he could not trick my mother into this sale easily. Major predatory behavior. Watch out, folks. BTW, two other extremely well rated companies quoted us around $11K for total home window replacement.

They set up an online video chat to discuss the options and since I live in a smaller home (less than 1000sqft) and my electric bill is already so low, they actually explained that it just wasn't worth it for me to install a solar system. Their sales staff was super kind and honest and didn't attempt to upsell me. Instead, they explained that the payback period on a system of my size and with an electric bill as low as mine would be more than the average payback. If I purchase an electric vehicle or add on the house and my energy bill goes up, I'll consider having these people do my system. Thanks for being good people!

I had (redacted) Home Roofing come by last week for a roof inspection and a quote. After 4 hours of convincing (torture), that roofing company was able get me to sign a contract for a new $49k roof. After some research on (redacted) home roofing, I canceled the contract the following day, but that experience left us shook. The inspection that Michael did was money well spent, and then some. Gave me the peace of mind that I did the right thing canceling that contract for a $49k unnecessary roof replacement, and he also offered some great advice regarding the settling of our home, foundation, and drainage.
