I had a quick chat with the lovely lady who was managing the shop that day and I told her about what I was looking for: a sturdy plant for an office - one that doesn't die of if you fail to pay it special attention on regular intervals. She pointed to a Money Tree, but one that is a slightly different species to the usual one - it's a bit reddish on the tips. I liked it right away - especially her comment about if the plant is growing, the business is growing ;-) Said plant - the shop owner and I named it Charly - is now living happily in our office...and it only takes one pint-ful of water to keep it happy!

I ordered a large rose bouquet for my dear friend's funeral who I lost to cancer. The flowers…read morearrived with my sympathy msg but my name as the sender was no where on the card. Instead Noshi's (the arrangement creator) was on a separate card. Everyone asked who is Noshi and how did she know the deceased? They thought she is the sender!! For £100+ flower arrangement, this florist could not even include the sender"s name anywhere on the sympathy card next to the message?! That's very disappointing.

However not realizing I gave the wrong address for my friend, I also did not realize that the florist was over 2 1/2 hours away from my friend who lived in seven Oaks. Delivery was made to the wrong address, but that was on me, but this florist went over and above. They partially compensated me back on the original order and found me a florist in seven Oaks to make the delivery for me on a Saturday. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

WOW! What a Florist…read more I went in for my wedding flowers with no idea, and was met with Jo and her amazing team smiling. Firstly, the only place that won't rinse you financially and a sense of just knowing they'll "get you" and work Aspen Magic!! The flowers they manage to put together are stunning. Although on your wedding day it should be all about the bride so many people commented on how lovely the flowers were. Jo went out of her way to deliver the ultimate service and flowers that were so beautiful you wished they lasted forever. So patient and put up with Bridezilla changing my mind and asking for more and more, yet I never felt that it was ever too much effort. Helped to plan, suggest and everything. My mum passed away and all I did was tell Jo about mum and suddenly she had the most amazing display for me. English country was all I gave her and the ideas she came up with were so on point I couldn't think of anything more perfect.
