Been here twice. Last time I was here they had great customer service and I discovered the mango drink with ice cream which is to die for. Got a margarita pizza which was a little burnt but still good. The second time around the lady at the front had a horrible attitude and messed up my mango drink. read more

This place is a serious romper room! Parents absolutely not controlling their children and worse than going to a Chuck E. Cheese. Every family has 5 kids and they just let them run around and scream. Made a simple order. Margarita pizza and Fatoush salad. The ingredients were fresh and the pizza crust was good. However, client experience was awfully done. My order arrived almost 40 minutes after the time proposed on the app. Once I got my order, the delivery person asked for tip when I already paid $5 dollars for delivery fee. The person pushed to get the tip until I have the only cash I had home. Detail: food wasn't on a heating bag to keep temperature and salad was delivered without dressing. I called the delivery and she confirmed that she got my order fully packed. Finally, I called the restaurant and they said that she had another delivery in front of me. Well, a 40min delivery is surreal. Also, the pizza was cold and the only thing they offered was a salad credit that I don't even have a voucher to guarantee the credit on my next order. People, client experience is EVERYTHING when trying a new restaurant and for what I see and taste the food arrived by me pretty average. PS: pretty annoying to ask them how heat my pizza. Finally, after years of postponements (including a one year halt of construction when the restaurant was nearly complete, due to hassles with extremely restrictive town officials), the Bay Harbor Islands location of "Foozo" has opened (that location does not yet have its own page on "Yelp", so i review it here. As you know, Foozo's pizza is Kosher, hence inherently vegetarian.(Orthodox Jewish Kosher rules prohibit the combining of dairy & meat). I was concerned that the personel might be a bit frosty towards me, since I'm not Orthodox, and don't have a beard, but that was not the case. (I'm a secular American of Jewish ethnicity who doesn't participate in religion). The personel, both bearded and non-bearded, were quite pleasant. And as for reports of a "super romper room" atmosphere with crying babies and unsupervised, out of control children, that wasn't the case...well, almost. Two orthodox ladies with babies in strollers DID enter, but they soon exited without ordering. I tried their garlic bread, which is a flat bread with a texture similar to a pizza, plus a "Garden Pizza"(Tomato, Mozzarella,Red Onions, Black Olive,Eggplants,Mushrooms and roasted garlic), and these items were excellent. I got into a friendly conversation with two Orthodox men at the next table who asked how long i had lived in the area (57 years) and they asked if it was O.K. to take photos of my food. I said "Yes". I half-jokingly explained that I was wearing a hat "Out of respect for your people" To me, of course, the Orthodox are NOT my people, and in this neighborhood, they can be quite Xenophobic. The customers included both orthodox and non-Orthodox customers and, perhaps non-Jewish people as well. Everyone was treated well, which is not always the case with Kosher restaurants. I guess, if i do encounter the screaming babies & out of control children on a future visit, i can always get the food "To go". Foozo's Bay Harbor Islands location is within walking distance of my house, so you'll definitely see me there again. There is an extensive menu, so there's plenty of items to try, and the wait for the food was brief. The prices were quite low considering the quality. The neighborhood needed a pizza restaurant after two Pizza restaurants folded, and another was stillborn after the landlord made a last minute rent increase before the lease was signed. Maybe Foozo will get business from the K-8 School in Bay Harbor Islands. There's market for Pizza here. read more

This is hands down one of the best of the best for kosher in South Florida. All of the ingredients are fresh, and you can see the food being prepared right behind the counter. Pizza, pasta, salads, and sandwiches, all made fresh to order, to your specification. My personal recommendations are the foozo salad (lots of roasted veggies on it) and the white hot pizza, though everything I've tried there has been awesome. Tried this kosher wood burning pizza on recommendation of a friend.The place itself is a little small and I was cramped sitting on the side wall counter...but I wasnt disapointed, very nice tasting pizza and a decent size pizza for one. Nice staff, place is clean and the pasta and salad portions others where ordering looked big. Sort of like build your own pasta franchise style. Wow!!!! I just popped in to this place off the street and it changed my life! The best pita tuna melt sandwich I've ever had in Miami. They make the pita bread fresh everyday and you can tell in every bite! I'm taking a whole pizza to my friends and I'm tempted to eat it my self. Tal gave me a great Recommendation of the tuna melt with avocado added on top. Ordering online was really easy, the pickup went really well, food was fantastic! I have to say that the person who helped prepare the order was very friendly, courteous and professional (how it should be). He went over my order and made sure that I took some plates and utensils in case we needed them. We ordered two margherita pizzas and the Mediterranean. So yum! Caprese foozi and also the cheesy pasta were great, and tasted fresh. All of this for 4 adults and 4 hungry children. This will be my go to kosher pizza spot from now on! read more
