They have a door bell - someone will open the door or wait for a member to arrive. They're pretty laid back. I was in Stockholm for a week ish for a conference. I'm the type of person where I NEED to workout once a day lol. If I don't, I get grumpy. I did an AM and PM class. Had a male and female instructor. Super nice folks. The people in the gym were also really chill and polite. They could definitely tell I was a drop in, lol. The classes here will make you sweat but have fun. It is located in the middle of Östermalm so it is very central although there are other clinic locations in the city. I have been going here since I moved to Stockholm and all the personnel I dealt with were warm, pleasant, and discreet. It takes forever to get in touch with anyone but, as it is quite a popular clinic, it is to be expected especially in Stockholm. If you are not in a particular hurry, though, their drop in time works best for you.
