Dr. Obrien and Amanda were awesome, and their teamwork made me very comfortable. I felt very little discomfort, and they explained everything they were doing. The claim was denied by my insurance stating basically that it wasn't necessary. I contacted the office and was told I needed to pay but that they would appeal a 2nd time. That never happened. I feel like the workers work on commission and are telling you what needs to be done before you even get comfortable in the chair. I would not recommend this facility and be leary of what that tell you will be covered by your insurance.

The woman who worked on me was great (the hygienist who did my cleaning and took my xrays). Very friendly. No complaints there. X-Rays - I have never had to take so many X-Rays in my life. I don't know if there equipment is from the 1960's or what, but I must have taken 25+ X-Rays. Every other Dentist I have ever been to can get it all done in 4 X-Rays. Talk about radiation poisoning, discomfort, and what a waste of time. Whatever they had to put in my mouth to take the X-rays was also very uncomfortable, and it actually didn't seem very hygienic. The dentist came in for barely a few minutes... he showed almost no interest in me and was out before he came in. Then at the end, they showed me all the "work" that needed to be done. Almost $5,000 of stuff that was wrong in my mouth. Pretty incredible considering less than 12 months before my previous dentist couldn't find anything wrong in my mouth... and considering I had no pain / discomfort etc. Not to mention I don't eat sugar or processed food, don't smoke, don't drink alcohol etc. I don't buy it. I don't trust this place... and while I am the first to review them negatively on Yelp they do seem to have negative reviews else where on the internet. 2 stars because my Hygienist was good. Otherwise, I wouldn't go back.
