I have to agree with the previous review comments, nearly three years on, the staff still seem disinterested in helping customers or even greeting them, there was a staff member who looked straight at me, and then away without a glimpse of a smile, like a lower-class Buckingham Palace guard. Promotional offers in the store seemed pretty minimal, and I found there to be too much empty space in the store which could have been utilised to create a better shopping experience. Where are the Nike football jerseys? Where are other Nike products to appeal to the mass market? If you compare this to other Nike stores such as the one in the Regent Street / Oxford Street area, it just feels like a different brand, a foreign country. 1*
