Foot Support Group offered phenomenal service when I needed to insert a lift into one of my hiking sandals. I had been wanting a pair of Chacos for along time, since they are such a comfortable and versatile shoe, but thought all hope was lost when I realized an orthopedic lift could not be worn in an open-back sandal. After talking with Debra who gave fantastic customer service over the phone, I learned they would be able to create a custom raised heel in my sandal if Chaco left the two parts of the sole open. Chacos shipped my custom sandal to Foot Support Group directly where they did an incredible job of making a seamless improvement to the shoe. So grateful! read more

They cancelled my appointment due to COVID. I totally understand that. What I don't understand is the rudeness of "Deb" who will cut you off in mid sentence and hang up on you in mid conversation. Maybe it was best the appointment was nixed by COVID. She makes me very uneasy about going there. read more
