Wadsworth Ave. Vikki the store manager is so professional, helpful, knowledgeable, welcoming and nice looking too. She helped me with find the perfect pair of sneakers for my son. I didn't know what was in style and was having trouble with sizing. She handled it all, while serving other customers as well. The only thing I would suggest is that her staff was more like her. I felt like she was doing all of the work while others stood around waiting for Vicki to tell them what to do. It was unfortunate to see, but Vicky is a rockstar. When I went to pick up my suit, there was a HUGE STAIN ON the jacket. It was a brand new suit I had never worn The owner tried to blame it on me and say I was the one who got the stain on it. Explain to me how I could have gotten a stain on a brand new suit that did not fit me nor did I wear previously. I was so annoyed and frustrated I just left the place. Do not give this place your business. I wish the owner would have been honest and attempted to fix the stain that magically appeared there when I went to pick up my clothing. Now its too late for me to find something else to wear, so I will be attending this special day in a stained suit. Thanks a lot.
