Let me re-cap this afternoon/early evening and you'll see why I am giving 5 stars…read more 5.10 pm: Without any warning signs, our 5-year old starts crying because one of his teeth hurts badly. 5.15 pm: I am finding Marcus Moghadam's dentist office online, learn that they are open late Mondays to Fridays and call their number. 5.17 pm: The reception desk picks up and a very friendly lady tells me to come in right away - without having an appointment or having been a patient before - after she hears about our situation. She advises us though that the wait might be long because they are really busy today. 5.35 pm: The kid and I arrive at the most stylish dental office I have ever seen. We are being asked to fill out a form and to wait in the waiting room. There is one other patient waiting in there. 5.37 pm: The other patient is being called in while I am filling out the form. 5.39 pm: The dental assistant calls us in and leads us to one of the examination rooms. Good thing I just finished that form. 5.40 pm: The dental assistant sets everything up and asks the kid a few questions in a really friendly voice. Then she leaves to get the doctor. 5.50 pm: Dr. Moghadam arrives. He spends a couple of minutes with connecting with Junior by asking him questions about kindergarten and his interests. He reveals that he is a dad of 3 kids and he really does a great job of explaining everything to our son so that he can understand it. 6.00 pm: After an examination without any frills, it is clear that Ace needs a filling in one of his molars. The doctor explains everything to the kid and goes over the options with me. 6.10 pm: The dental assistant comes in and her and the doctor start the procedure. They are both incredible gentle and do their best to make my child feel fine and make sure that he is not in pain although he has not received any anaesthetic or laugh gas. 6.25 pm: The hole is filled and Dr. Moghadam advises me on follow-up care as well as future procedures that are needed. All of his advice is very reasonable and I can't help but feel that he is only concerned about my child's teeth and not about his money. Kiddo is allowed to select a little gift from the treasure chest. 6.35 pm: We make a follow-up appointment at the reception desk and then head home. Ace feels a ton a better and states that he really likes the dentist and that this procedure wasn't so bad. Best dental experience I have ever witnessed. Gentle, understanding, incredibly friendly and nobody was trying to up-sell you or similar. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Found this company randomly in a slight panic as my father fell ill on our trip to Germany…read more Thankfully we got a call back right away and the doctor came right to our hotel room. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. The phone number they list can be reached via WhatsApp which was very helpful to us! Just be aware it takes time for the doctors to get to you. Plan for a few hours start to finish. That said, I'll take waiting in my hotel over some strange urgent care center. Overall a solid service that is going in my address book in case we ever need their services again (but I sure hope we don't!).

Staff in the ER were the rudest people I have ever met!(except for the sweet lady at the front desk) we waited almost 3hrs. 5 people came in with complaints that were on par with my husband's sinus problem. All were taken in almost immediately. When I was finally able to question one of the medical staff she responded that there were more serious issues that needed to be seen, and we would just have to wait! Nope lady and we walked out ! We were referred to Dr. Houlston, and since my little one was the one getting the adjustments, I wanted the best qualified doctor of chiropractic care out there - and we found him! Wiesbaden Chiropractic Clinic is located on the west side of downtown Wiesbaden. There is ample street parking free of charge. When we arrived, Svetlana, Dr. Houlston's assistant, welcomed us with a warm and friendly smile. She is very proficient, gives attention to detail, and she speaks English; which is a big plus for me! The office is clean and comfortable. They even have tiny chairs and tables adorned with colored pencils and paper for children to occupy their time - so thoughtful! Dr. Houlston, who also speaks English, is fantastic! He's friendly and personable, and he really knows his stuff! During the initial consultation, Dr. Houlston spoke to my son directly and asked many questions regarding my son's ailments and what my son might think is causing the pain. After the first adjustment, the clicking in my son's neck was gone! The treatments worked so well for my 9 year old, that I started to see Dr. Houlston for numbness/pain in my hands and periodic back pain. I, however, am still a work in progress. Lol! Then my 15 year old wanted to see Dr. Houlston for back pain he's been experiencing and he just started treatments a month ago. The adjustments are never painful and we leave his office feeling great! Dr. Houlston has a gentle touch and checks to make sure the pressure is "just right." We trust Dr. Houlston and look forward to our adjustments!
