I have been thoroughly impressed with the openness, attention and care that was bestowed upon me at this clinic. I made 3 visits to PROFA, one for an annual exam, another for a consultation regarding alternative contraception methods, and the last one to get fitted for an IUD. All 3 times, the staff were exceptionally friendly and informative. I would say this is the best service I have received in Switzerland yet. PROFA distinguishes itself with a progressive attitude towards sexual health, knowledgeable staff, and state-of-the-art health practices (e.g. availability of rapid HIV tests, counseling for contraception, etc).
