They didn't listen to me the first time so the glasses I got weren't the right prescription. When I took it back to change the lens they said I had to book another eye exam and pay for it again - besides, they told me I needed to sit as far away from my computer as they thought I should and not where I wanted to sit. I was polite and friendly but all I got from the young ladies was barely concealed disdain. No way would I ever go here again.

We were very positively surprised at the service available and at the attitude in the store. They repaired the glasses in their workshop in an hour the same day!! That kind of service and willingness to help is indeed very rare today, especially in Sweden. They also had a good selection of new glasses. Support these nearby shops in the city.
