This is way appreciated since I'm not super knowledgeable about all the laws and regulations that exist as well. I probably would have paid thousands of dollars extra which made any of the cost of the services well worth it. I am very particular with who I let help me with anything financial and I trust Justin Rosen and his team. I feel that they have my best interest and will work with me to help me choose the best option for me, usually which the option I will have the most return on. They did not explain to me that I would be charged an additional $285 in third-party fees on top of the $300 for their preparation fee. That's a total of $585! That was 12.5% of my entire tax return! It was only after I received my tax return that I found out about the third party fees, which included a bank fee, a bureau fee, a transmission fee, a technology fee, and a document preparation fee. What?!?!? Had I known that I would be charged $285 in third-parties fees, I would have paid them for their services up front and not waited for it to be taken out of the return. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to them and asked them to refund the $285, they were unwilling to take responsibility for their failure to communicate the third-party fees.
