I could not be more disappointed or upset with the installation..not yet installed...After spending 45 minutes trying to get his lift into position; he said he'd spent enough time on it and that he would not refund the money for the installation. AND, if I wanted him to come back; it would cost me another $100. This was, after all, a barn quilt...and the land around it is uneven. In my opinion, a professional would have asked and checked things like this out in advance. I know of no other reputable business, that if they are unable to do what they have agreed to do, either returns the money or comes back with correct equipment to finish the job. (As a business owner, myself, it has always the way I do business.) I also question his ethics in doing business. He gives you no contract or anything in writing. He also calls a 'certificate' for X amount of dollars that is good for 60 days a receipt! I would not recommend his services to anyone....unless everything was in writing. My impression, he can not be trusted.

I found Ryan to be a great listener, which was key to them developing a "brand" for me which I couldn't have conceived on my own in a bagillion years. I used them for business cards, website, branding, templates, shirts, logo design, the whole shebang. Every iteration of creativity and vision presented to me from Rycom amazed me. This year I went back to Rycom to pursue help in getting a second website and my blog off of the ground. Once again, Rycom listened to my objectives and goals, and so far, has delivered. I would recommend Rycom to anyone seeking to get in the game of social media marketing, they know what's up. I look forward to many more years of work with them!
