Recently I tripped and fell when I had to get quickly between it and my dog. The owner does not comply with the management telling he to muzzle it and not let it off its leash. Failure to comply with restrictions is justification for putting a dog to sleep in NC. This has been going on for momths. So if your afraid of dangerous dogs, now you know. Managemnt has been aware of the problem for months and another little dog got bit by this giant last week. I don't understand the lack of concern by the buildings owners.

Mitch was more than approachable and answered every single question we had with great detail. If he didn't know the answer, he went out of his way to find it. My Husband and I used Mitch Miller of this real estate group, it was a great decision. Mitch was so…read moresweet, attentive, dealt with our crazy hours and was honest and helpful. We are first time Home OWNERS now, no longer looking, thanks to Mitch. We found the perfect piece of Asheville to make ours. Mitch took us under his wing and made this stressful process so much better than it could have been. He answered all the questions we could possibly have and went above and beyond with that. He had us in mind, he kept us afoot with new listings daily and even some that hadn't yet hit the market. He answered our texts and calls quickly at our very different hours. Every time we saw a potential house we got to walk through the house the very next morning. If he noticed something off about a property, he let us know. If he saw us discouraged, he assured we would find it. He said we had time on our side. He knew exactly what we wanted and he knew what would disappoint us. He was personable and down to earth. We are restaurant people and can be a little more colorful in our language and he didn't skip a beat when communicating. I got upset once and sent a not-so-nice email to a realtor that I felt had wronged us, maybe not intentionally, but it hurt. She then forwarded the email to him and responded condescendingly. I was embarrased. Mitch called me and we laughed a little and he made me feel better. When alot of money and your future is on the line, you do tend to get a little more emotional. He understood that. He knew we found our house when we did. He gave us step by step information on what to expect with the process, what we will encounter financially and even told us jokingly we might pull our hair out once it really got into the thick of the financial stuff. MAN WAS IT STRESSFUL. I couldn't tell you how happy we were to have Mitch. He helped me keep a level head and got us set up with his truly wonderful team of people. We got hooked up with Leanna Lewis from Atlantic Bay and a super great legal team at Asheville Law offices. We kept at it. We put in several offers, it fell through. Then days later I get a happy Mitch on the phone, my house was yet again about to hit the market. Anyone not familiar with real estate law and the craziness that goes along with it would be lucky to have him. Anyone with an idea of what to expect would also be lucky. He made every step of the process a little better. Thank you Mitch! We are happily in our home, now almost a month. Thank you thank you thank you.
