This morning, I got a call from a tenant who let me know her heat quit working last night and her house was freezing this morning. I was so worried when she told me she didn't have heat because she's a retired woman with some health issues. I called Justin right away. I was hoping we'd get lucky and maybe he could research and provide a quote today, and maybe he might be able to squeeze in some time tomorrow or maybe over the weekend to get everything fixed.
