We took his word for it and signed. They refuse to cancel anything. They are so money hungry. What bothers me is the continuing service charge that you get charged quarterly after you pay off the financial part. You can tell them in every form or shape that you can't continue and they will not cancel it at all. Go on vacation on your own without them, believe me it is cheaper and better. I prefer they get no stars but Yelp doesn't allow it.

Lauderdale 4 times. every place was the same story...old, dirty, smelly and not well kept. beware, the sales pitch sounds great, but you'll be sadly disappointed. we paid for 30 wks upfront, but at this point it's not worth the aggravation and disappointment. we'll just consider it a loss.

I reached out to Mack Law Offices who agreed to give me guidance, representation, and assured me that they would take care of everything. Words can not express, nor can peace of mind be monetized, but representation from these fine gentlemen and the ladies that run the show in the front office was PRICELESS!! When calling the office, same answer, they will get him a message and he will call back, never does, or they schedule a phone call which ends up the same way. Something else you need to know, Joanne does not exist, when you call the office and get in touch with her you are really talking to Laurie Mack, who by the way is very short on the phone, continues to talk over you and will not let you speak even when asking if she can let you finish a sentence. Her I don't give a shit attitude along with the need for the deception? I don't know but wish I knew how shady this law firm is before I decided to pay them any money. I called to request a copy of the accounting for the money I have paid them and got the run around from the paralegal, which during our conversation, Laurie Mack aka "Joanne" had apparently been listening in on the call and interrupted. She would not address the issue of my request for the accounting records, only offer was to setup a phone call with Attorney Stephens, which has occurred on so many occasions without any different answers and/or results. Next steps, request copies of the accounting for my case again via certified mail, request a refund, file with the State Disciplinary Board and Attorney General.
