Firstly, we found the business under 'Sky Balloons'. They can pick you up from your hotel at 5:30 AM or you can arrived on your own by 630. The balloons take off by 7am. Cost per person is $150 US. The experience includes watching the balloons fill up. The basket carries 13 people total. Absolutely smooth transition from the ground to a height of about 213m is where I last took note. The whole experience is absolutely breathtaking and without fear. Our pilot Augustine, was so experienced he was able to land the basket/balloon right into the transportation cart attached to the van, amazing!!. Plenty of opportunity to take pictures flying over the different pyramids of Teotihuacan and they also have a drone that follows you and takes video. The entire balloon ride lasts approximately one hour and they provide a champagne toast. Once you land you can then take various tours of the different pyramids and the souvenirs are very reasonably priced and have significance to the sites.
