We had relatives that were repeat customers of Vujovich and knew they had a good reputation. We started working with Ed Roskowinski, the General Manager, reviewing our home design. We appreciated his process during the proposal phase because he line-itemized their prices, making it easy for us to understand where our money was going and how to make choices to impact the budget. Ed was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and easy to work with. He helped us navigate the whole design-build process and the many decisions and budget related items that we had to make. He explained the many aspects of the build process that were foreign to us as we had never done this before. During the build phase, Ed went out to the job site several times, even though we had a dedicated project manager, to make sure the work was being done properly and course corrected when needed. Their staff designer, Beth Malmberg, was great to work with as well. I shared my Houzz Ideabooks and discussed the overall look I was trying to achieve. In our next meeting, Beth had put together selections for the whole house, including paint colors and tiles. I was blown away. She had nailed what I was looking for and 90% of what she had selected in that first meeting is in my house today. She made herself available throughout the build phase to help work through and design decisions where we needed extra input. Creating the house was really a fun process. Beth has a great design eye and helped us create a home that we really love. Paul Grachek, our project manager, was also a very experienced, talented and personable individual to work with. He was extremely responsive to our many on-going requests. He worked very hard to keep the subcontractors on schedule and moving ahead. After we moved into the home in March 2013, Paul was there on a regular basis finishing the punch list. He was like another member of our family. The build process was expected to take 6.5 months and Vujovich came within 2 weeks of their original estimate. As you would expect with a whole house build, a few snafus came up along the way. Vujovich always stood behind their work and went the extra mile to take care of us. We completed the project having an enormous amount of respect for the Vujovich Team and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build or remodel a home in the Twin Cities area.

On top of that, he charged me twenty dollars for two tiny ink pads. From day one, they made…read moreeverything feel simple--even though I had no clue where to start with my website or marketing. Sonny took the time to actually understand my business, not just sell me a service. They built me a clean, professional site that I'm proud to send people to, and the automation they set up has been a total game-changer. I used to spend hours following up with leads manually--now it's all handled in the background. I've gotten more calls and bookings in the last two weeks than I did all last month. Super responsive, easy to work with, and they actually deliver. Highly recommend Marmon & Co. if you're a small business owner who wants to grow without burning out.

Top-notch, amazing communicator of a hidden jewel! I can't believe I've taken this long to review…read moreIceberg Web Design, or more accurately, the talented, kind and quick!-- owner, Jessi. I first found Jessi about six years ago when I helped my Mom set up her business in Morris, Minnesota. Jessi still lived in Morris and after a little checking around, I found that she was the best web designer in the area. There was so much to do to set up my Mom's new business, from revamping a building, suppliers, finding someone to print business cards, etc. A truly exhaustive list, it was a family effort. But Jessi made the website design process amazingly easy. We primarily worked via email, with Jessi writing clear and concise, detailed email responses to things I needed to provide her. The feedback process was super easy, with Jessi always willing to make suggestions and take feedback from my designer Mom. Through the years, Jessi has continued to design the website for my family's business and is just a champion communicator and kind person to work with. I now live in California and any time my Mom has a mild technical issue, Jessi is always her go-to. She's just the best. Jessi recently suggested we change the way my Mom sends out her monthly business newsletters. I write the newsletters but the process had gotten complicated for how they are sent out (A tech genius, my Mom is NOT). My last communication with her came after I sent her an email about having used a email service for the newsletter but I had a photo hosting question. She emailed me back in a timely fashion, just as I have grown to expect with her, and gave me a really easy option of hosting the photos on an ftp server on my Mom's business website. (And don't worry, if that last bit doesn't make sense to you, Jessi probably has super simple ideas of: Send it to me, I'll take care of it. Her solution was easy and perfect. Six years going on seven for our working relationship, and she's just a pro. She's moved, I've moved... it doesn't matter at all. She is the epitome of easy to work with. You will not regret working with Jessi! As for pricing, I remember it being reasonable at the time though I don't know what her rates are these days. I know she had package deals that could be scaled up or down, depending on needs.

As soon as i showed a small amount of knowledge and started asking questions i was given an attitude and treated like a bother. Wait a minute, excuse me, i hired you to build MY website but i cannot put in my two cents?! I would not ever recommend this company to anyone!! Now my website is broken because of a paid plugin that they used and have a licence for and they are refusing to help fix it of even speak to me. I called them about 10 times and left messages and no return call. I then called them from a different # and Suzie the owner was very rude and told me she refused to work with me? I should have known right from the start that when they wanted to meet me in a coffee shop for a consultation it would not end well. This company does not have an office and everyone works out of their home, i guess? This project should have been simple but they made me find all their mistakes and then ask them to fix them, and that made me look like the bad guy when in reality the mistakes never should have happened to begin with!!! My conversion is horrible and i have so many plugins that it is crazy!! I own 5 websites and have dealt with many people over the years and this is by far the worst i have ever been treated. I paid for a premium service and got amature results! I did shop around for prices and they were not the cheapest but i hired them because i wanted a company i could count on for seo and all future needs. I originally hired them to do 2 WP conversions and a new WP build but after the first site was a bust i went elsewhere. Totally rude!! Take your money elsewhere!
