On the streets of downtown Atlanta is the Peach Mart. Lychee Peachy would love shopping here if he was in Atlanta and if cats could shop at stores. Although Starlight kind of can. The store has a huge array of snacks and candy, including both the pre-packaged kind and the kind you shovel out of plastic bins. (The latter includes chocolate-, yogurt-, and peanut-butter-covered pretzels; malt balls; sesame sticks; trail mix; chocolate-covered raisins, etc.). There is a freezer full of frozen food options with a microwave and plastic utensils. A fridge full of drinks. A Keurig coffee maker. Lots of typical convenience store items, e.g., pain relief and hygiene items, greeting cards. The store also offers laundry and dry cleaning with next day service. There is a shoe shining station, though I've never seen anyone using it. Cash only for purchases under $5 (or something low like that). The woman who runs it is really friendly and wants to be as helpful as possible. If there's anything you want that she doesn't have, she'll try to get it.

I do like how it's right near a train station so you don't have to drive there. It's right near a food court and hotels too so very convenient. The only take away and it's not the stores fault is the people outside the store . This guy was trying to get my attention when he saw me looking around and got rude when I ignored him.

The downstairs portion is is where the pharmacy and medication is located. The upstairs portion is everything else that a CVS has to offer. Both sections have the ability to offer checkout...when that section is open. I came here on my first day to get drinks and snacks for my room. I entered through the Hub and made my way up the rickety steps. The steps that were open sometimes. See, I came back a few more time sand the steps had rope across and were barricaded. Making you have to take the slow elevator with other people since there was no other way to get up or down the stairs. My first visit here I had made my selections and headed towards the self checkouts. I kid you not, when I got to them, they actively started to shut them down. Forcing everyone to use the traditional registers. I wish the customer service here would have been better as well. I asked a question about the area and kind of got the 'don't bother me' vibe in the answer.

Nestled in a little town in Northeast Georgia is a gem of a little gas station. First off, let me…read moresay that I don't just take time to review gas stations... but these are the NICEST people. The female owner is from India and she is personable, kind, and attentive. The rest of the staff is great. If you vape, they have a huge selection of many brands (I have not found cheaper Elf Bars anywhere in the surrounding area). They also sell bulk kratom, and it's quite decent kratom - I have switched from buying it online and look forward now to a half hour drive each way to get it from here & hopefully run into the owner. There is a plentiful selection of legal cannabinoids as well here. Prices are so reasonable. The only drawback to the place is there is no public restroom (this is my only sorrow about this spot because after driving that far, I usually need to use one). Gas prices also beat out the surrounding area. I will keep going way out of my way to go there just because I enjoy it so much. It's so interesting to me that someone could come so far to end up in a little obscure place like that, and make something so enjoyable out of a gas station pit stop.

There's a variety of sweet and salty snacks that you can put in a brown paper bag for only $0.60 an ounce, but be careful, it does add up. They do carry jewelry, accessories, and clothing, but I wouldn't suggest getting any of the latter from here. I'd also recommend asking for the prices of items because it can be a bit of sticker shock sometimes.
