It was way more than we expected and I was disappointed with how much pressure they applied to me. They did not show me evidence of the necessary 'pet treatment' since they did not show me where their blacklight showed spots. When I seemed hesitant they also stated that it would cost me $2500 to replace this carpet. I immediately spoke to a contractor who said absolutely not it would be about $1100 plus tax. I might as well have gotten new carpet! I will never go with this company again. I am very unimpressed at how unprofessional they were. They need to update their policy to provide a true quote before work has started and I should have had time to consider it or say no.

I called him and he said everything was clean, that he has been doing this for 20 years and that he has no complaints.
