      Our sensei's both trained together over the years in different styles of martial arts before they teamed up to bring a mixture of knowledge into one school

      I have been practicing different styles of martial arts for over 30 years, I started off training in the style of Shotokan Karate at the local youth center and was hooked straight away, some time later I moved on to study Korean karate.
