Broke an expensive vase during the move and promised to compensate with a free transportation from IKEA + pay the rest. Which I agreed to. It has been over 2 months and over 50 messages trying to arrange this and they refuse to help or compensate otherwise for damages. Very unprofessional. Also, they are telling me the problem is they work with subcontractors now. So maybe once reliable, no longer the case. I would definitely not recommend. read more
