My situation was a little tricky and they had to call someone else to bring another piece of equipment. He arrived shortly after the call and we still had issues. They were going to have to come back the next day and bring even more equipment, but after a one last ditch effort, and praying on my part, they were able to find the septic tank and get the issue resolved. They offered some much needed advice on how to keep the system working better. I highly recommend these men. They were very kind, hard working, diligent and very knowledgeable. And I've been trying to get the city of Texarkana, AR to do it for two years. But here's the steps dealing with the city: 1. You have to haul all your crap to the curb and call them. 2. Then some guy comes by in an air conditioned pickup to look at it. He is too lazy to get out of his truck. 3. Then he lets you know what it will cost. 4. Then you haul it all back to your yard. 5. Then you go down and pay the city. 6. Then they schedule a day for you take it back to the curb for them to pick it up. 7. Total hassle...and you have to move it three times. I messaged Moya's on Saturday, and they came to pick it all up today (Monday). I didn't have to move a thing...they got it all & cleaned it all up.
