The only complaint I have about this doctors office is that Dr. Hamm always seems rushed and eager to go to the next patient. Last time I took my mother in law for a checkup, he flew into the room and 10 minutes later he was zooming out. He didn't really take the time to explain anything to us and just gave us a bunch of prescriptions on our way out. He went so fast that we didn't even get a chance to tell him that my mother in law needed another refill on one of her prescription medicines. Hmmm...I'm thinking that his office scheduled too many appointments in one hour. We saw many people in the waiting room at the same time.

So much so once they had a person in a medical emergency in their ER parking lot and would not go out of the building to pick them up and bring them into the ER. A bystander had to get them inside the ER before they would take over.

The radiology department refused to do my mri of my wrist. They were absolutely rude about it. I was given the paperwork from rheumatology at 2:00. They wanted to call me and make an appointment at at later time bc they were "booked." There was only one person in the waiting room. I was there from 10:30-3:00 for appointments and asked to please get my MRI today so I didn't have to drive back. Rhematology told me to go down there (I was told they could do walk ins), but they refused me when they didn't have to.... There was no one in the office. They just didn't want to take a patient. They figure they make the same hourly wage regardless how they treat people and regardless if they help people. This MCC made prob 5k on my from my insurance today, but they couldn't help me. The lady up front was incredibly rude about it. An older lady, heavy set, with grey long hair and a stormy disposition. When I asked to speak to her manager, she said she was in charge herself. She would email Kaitlyn maze. What a way to treat your patients. Not a place I'll be getting any MRIs done at. My insurance money can go elsewhere. Called and let them know how their employees were treating their patients.

He's thourough, personable, and geniuinely listens to the concerns of his patients. I've had nothing but great experiences with the office staff as well. If you are looking for a long-term family physican who isn't just going to throw pills at you to get you out of the office then try them out! They always have quick availability and are able to send your prescriptions electronically. I was really suprised at some of the recent bad reviews(which sound a little fishy, and strangely similar), but from my 10 years of experience in healthcare I can totally understand the occasional irrate, disgruntled patient who doesnt get their way and decides to bash a provider. This isn't the practice to go to if you are looking for a "candy doctor" but it IS a place where you'll find quality healthcare.

Office staff are unfriendly. Dr. French is 'personable', but also takes more of an interest in your…read morepersonal life than your health. They follow up late with test results, nobody ever answers your calls, it's hard to get prescription refills (they just want you to come in again and be charged for a simple refill and want to charge charge charge) and the office is dated. THEY DON'T EVEN KEEP MEDICAL RECORDS STRAIGHT! Request your medical records from her, you'd be surprised what's written down and compare it to what actaully happened at the appointment/what you were really prescribed. Will be going elsewhere for a PCP.
