I've been a BioT customer for 10 years. I started doing TRT in Colorado, when I moved to…read moreClarksville I found Hillcrest. A little crowded and rushed for my taste, but they all seemed very nice. My first round didn't go too well. Their ability to reach my desired Testosterone levels seemed out of reach and the communication was not always great. Getting blood test results was always an issue, but getting a pellet boost was based on those results so that presented it's own issue. Repeatedly saying that the pellets were "Just not working" didn't seem to create a sense of urgency either. Strike two. Now I'm off to find another TRT source, hopefully not clear down in Nashville.

It took 9 calls and two weeks to get a prescription filled that I cannot live without. Then they called it in to the wrong pharmacy. I called to get a second prescription filled and repeatedly told them the correct pharmacy. This time it did called in but again to the WRONG pharmacy!!! When I told them what had happened their was no apology at all just the blame game. The person I was speaking to tried to blame it on other staff members. I will never go back to this place. I enjoyed the NP I was seeing but when I sent her a text about what was happening she did not reply. If you are at all concerned about getting quality healthcare DO NOT go to this office.

If you are like me, you have been walking around for months if not years ie., that was me in constant pain. Yes, it became the new normal. My primary DO had just labeled me as " getting older". No real relief, I took all the supplements, tried the crazy You tube videos, do this for that etc and you will feel tons better. Nope nothing was helping me on my journey to find relief. I went to several local area places touting to be pain specialists, and for others their program might be of help but not for me. I spent hard earned monies and alot of time chasing relief which seemed to be unattainable for me. Having constant headaches and unbearable hip & back pain, to the point my daily life and activities were being affected, I was feeling hopeless until I came upon Well Health. What a tremendous difference in my life these past several months has made in the quality of my life. You feel a positive vibe from the moment you walk in the doors, you receive a feeling of you matter from the whole team. Please run, dont walk and get yourself in to see this terrific team of professionals. You deserve to live a blessed life PAIN FREE. Kindest, C. Thompson

A year and a half ago I decided to take a serious look at my physical health. I had unfortunately…read moreignored so many vital things that were not only important to living a long life but a happy one as well. Over the next year, I lost over 85 lbs and was feeling better at 46 than I had in my 20s! Although the weight was gone, I knew that there were years of built-up residue lining my colon. While I was feeling better, I knew that those toxins that were still in there could to be negatively impacting my health. I wanted them gone so I started my search for a place I would feel comfortable having my first colonic done. What little nerves I had about this procedure were quickly eliminated (pun intended) during my phone call with Healing Hope Colonic. I had a dozen questions, all of which were quickly answered, as well as so much more informative information I hadn't even thought to ask about. I booked my appointment for the beginning of the following week. When I arrived for my appointment I was made to feel so very comfortable. The best part is your Colonic feels more like a spa treatment which I appreciate. The room was decorated beautifully, very tranquil and relaxing. The Colonic is self is not painful. At one point, got a little bit crampy, but it only lasted a few minutes. Everything else was smooth sailing. Because I intermittent fast and am very regular, I wasn't expecting to see a ton of stuff but was pleasantly surprised. Especially after we had gotten halfway through the treatment and into the Transverse part of my colon. ( See I sound like an expert but that is because Terrin explained everything she was doing so I was aware of what was happening as it was happening). After my treatment was done I drank a minty green juice drink shot and headed home. Over the next few days, I tried to evaluate how I felt and any changes I may have noticed. The first thing I noticed was an increase in my energy level! Which was needed since we were heading out on vacation that weekend. Another huge change was the upper part of my torso area was much flatter. So much so that my husband and mom both so recognized it! My brain functions seem so much clearer. I know that may sound odd to some but my brain runs like a computer with 25 different tabs/windows open at the same time not enough RAM to process it all most of the time. I overall just felt better! I can't thank Healing Hope Colonic for being a part of my health journey. I look forward to my second session and seeing the additional benefits that come from continued treatments!
