Their ability to reach my desired Testosterone levels seemed out of reach and the communication was not always great. Getting blood test results was always an issue, but getting a pellet boost was based on those results so that presented it's own issue. Repeatedly saying that the pellets were "Just not working" didn't seem to create a sense of urgency either. Strike two. Now I'm off to find another TRT source, hopefully not clear down in Nashville.
