I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the behavior of certain security personnel at Munic Airport May 13, 2025, specifically at Line 7 during the early afternoon shift.
A female security officer working that line (badge ID 3380982, name partially known as Frau Ga...) treated business class passengers with an infant in an extremely disrespectful and aggressive manner. She loudly and rudely demanded that the parents put the baby down, which caused the infant to start crying. Her tone and behavior were entirely inappropriate, showing a complete lack of empathy and professionalism.
During the security check with a handheld scanner, the officer came uncomfortably close to the mother, displayed hostile and aggressive behavior, and spoke in an intimidating tone. She loudly stated that she "doesn't have to be polite," and made a deliberate effort to assert dominance over the woman, who was holding a child in her arms. This caused significant distress to the passenger and the baby.
Assuming the passengers don't speak German she continued to complain to her male colleague that were having the same behavior using the words along the lines of: Schlampe, Zicke, Miststück, etcetera.
A middle-aged male colleague supported her behavior and acted in a similarly inappropriate manner.
When I attempted to address the issue, their supervisor, Mr.Her Adamczyk, was uncooperative. Rather than addressing the misconduct, he appeared to protect the officer (badge ID 3380982, name partially known as Frau Ga...). He also refused to provide either his or her full name, which raises further concerns about transparency and accountability.
This experience was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of your staff. I request a formal review of this incident and appropriate action to ensure respectful treatment of all passengers in the future--especially those traveling with children.
We will not stop till all the highest authorities react and fire the woman, and her colleagues male security, (refused to provide The Name), reports will be sent to every agency overlooking the airport. Since they can't treat normal passengers, customers, people like criminals! read more
