Let me provide a little back story: I was looking to have flowers delivered to a hotel at which I would be staying. My party was checking in on Australia Day (observed), of which I was unaware. Instead of ordering through the site, I worked directly with Alicia to ensure some of the native flowers were still available and, despite being at the end of the season, Flowers on Sorrento had plenty of beautiful protea and birds of paradise. The lady yelled at me stated i had put the wrong address - which i have emialed them to show i didnt.... and then hung up on me. I then go a thank you from the receiver, which said the lady that dropped them off was so rude and yelled at her, like it was her fault.
