I originally ordered from some 1-800 flower company and they sent me an email a few hours before the flowers were supposed to be delivered to let me know they couldn't fulfill my order. Not only did they create a beautiful bouquet at such a last moments notice, but Isabel was so kind and patient as we talked over the phone for what I was looking for. One rose in an arraignment, that's cheating! The arraignment was darling on website, the one they received was full of green filler at least 80% and one rose and then carnations! So disappointed, I would not recommend. One thing they did do was deliver that day before the grand opening. $80 for a disappointment. Anyway I learned a lesson here!
