I also liked that there was a direct email and not a contact form because I didn't feel like waiting days for a response which might not ever come. The owner Jonathan responded right away and understood I am far away and needed help. I couldn't call and he stayed in great communication with me on email. He was super helpful and went above and beyond and made the delivery himself, same day. His delivery person had gone for the day, he saw this was important to me and so he went after the shop closed. We struck up some fun conversation and he's just a really cool and caring person with a very personal touch. If I lived in Sheffield I'd order from him every week of my life.
