My husband has been getting flowers for me from here for 18 years for our anniversary. Every time they are beautiful but they really outdid themselves for my daughter's baby shower. The pictures I took do not do them justice but these were the most beautiful and fragrant arrangements I have seen. They fit the baby shower perfectly and everyone thought they were beautiful. The staff at the shop is always very sweet and friendly. They even called ahead to verify what I was looking for. The prices are very reasonable for the quality that you get. This will always be my shop of choice for special occasions! read more

The prices are so high! This little shop I ventured into to support local, left me gasping in shock of their prices. I can't return with pricing that crazy high. read more

I wanted to send flowers to a memorial and called the store to ensure they would be delivered in time for the service. The delivery fee is $17 which I think is reasonable. The flower arrangement sent was bigger and more beautiful than what is pictured online. They were delivered to the appropriate contact person in a timely manner and I'm thankful for my wonderful experience ordering online with Flowering Jade. read more

I've stopped in a few times over the years to get birthday arrangements for a friend. This time, Debbie helped me, and she was wonderful! I liked an arrangement that was already in the case, and she refreshed it with newly arrived roses that smelled amazing, and put a little Debbie spin on it. It turned out perfect. Thank you, Debbie! read more

My company have used The Flowering Jade for 33 years and Gary Shigeno - Owner. Gary's flower presentations were off the charts crazy good!! Since Flowers by Donna bought The Flowering Jade it's has been a COMPLETE DISASTER. I just ordered $250 flower spray for my wife and our 40th Anniversary and the flowers were old, tired and pathetic. My 33yr business relationship with Flowers by Donna has come to a closure. read more

My daughter recently received a beautiful, unique and fragrant floral arrangement from Flowering Jade. It lasted well over a week with only adding a little water regularly. Within the flowers were tucked two succulents that will last after the flowers fade. Such a creative touch! Quality flowers that last! I can't think of another time that I was so impressed with a florist. The ordering process was a cinch and was delivered same day (within hours!) The recipient sent a photo of the bouquet and it was stunning! Apparently smelled fantastic too! I can't tell you how many times I've spent a fortune on flowers with an expectation that they would look like "the one on the website photo" only to see a puny bouquet actually delivered. Jade's actual bouquet was more beautiful than the photo! Flowering Jade is now my go to for all my floral gifts!!! read more

I'm at home recovering from two major surgeries, a process made a little more cheerful thanks to a beautiful bouquet delivered by Flowering Jade. I can't comment on the ordering process because my brother and sister-in-law in CA sent the bouquet, but the flower arrangement is gorgeous. I'd attach a picture, but I just got back into bed (no small feat) so you'll have to take my word for it. read more

This lovely arrangement called White Garden arrived on time and is just beautiful. I asked my daughters work staff for a photo as it was a gift. The service from Flowering Jade was perfect I will do business with them again directly without using wire service. read more

Thank you, Flowering Jade! I ordered some flowers to be delivered (designer's choice) to our realtor to thank her for assisting us with our home search! The GF and I hit the one year mark a little over a month ago, and I knew it was my duty as a good BF to send her flowers at work. What lady doesn't like flowers at work? I called The Flowering Jade because well... they were near by. I asked them for Fire & Ice roses, because my GF is much cooler than plain blah red roses. The owner said that he may have to order them from outside the country, because the grower that he used to buy from stopped growing them. He said something about the heads being too small. He said he'd call me back with a price. The next day I got a voice mail from him saying that the local grower did have Fire & Ice roses, so he could deliver them no problem. I called back a placed my order. The flowers were delivered first thing in the morning. Awesome! Then I walked over to my GF's side of the building to have a look. The flowers were tiny. Each flower was less than an inch long. I started to get a little upset, but then I noticed something. There was a lot more than just 12 roses here. I started counting roses. 2 hands and 2 feet later I came up with 18. There were 18 roses. I only ordered and paid for 12, but I have a feeling the people at Flowering Jade must have understood the small size and tossed in half a dozen more. This is the second time I've used them, and I will continue to use them. They provide GREAT service. read more

I am so impressed with Flowering Jade! I live in Texas and I called earlier today to ask for a custom bouquet to be made. I didn't know how busy they'd be since it's 2 days before Valentine's Day so I was flexible with getting something done as long as it was within a decent time. (They said around 4 hours and had it done in 3.) I just let them know that I wanted something springy with pastel colors for my mothers birthday and only wanted to spend $50 dollars. The lady taking my order was very polite and made sure all of my info was correct before hanging up. Barely spent 10 minutes on the phone. I just got a picture from my mom and the bouquet is not only gorgeous but so fun and fresh. Thanks to the ladies at the shop I was able to surprise my mom from across the country. I am so happy. read more

Thanks to Yelp, I was able to find this place and order an arrangement over the phone for a friend whose mother in law passed away. I gave them an amount I wanted to spend and they did everything else. They designed, created, and delivered the arrangement in only a few hours and my friend was so touched. I was so pleased to be able to support a friend and support a small business, especially now. read more

As an out-of-towner, I relied on a friend of a friend's recommendation for a florist near Tualatin. After a sudden passing, was hoping the flowers could be delivered ASAP as a comfort to the family. The man who took my order over the phone couldn't have been nicer, esp with the Coronavirus upheaval causing less inventory availability for them, etc. He patiently walked me through price, size, shape, types of flowers, etc.--and the flowers were delivered only a few hours later. The bereaved family sent a photo of the beautiful arrangement. Was so pleased at the kind and prompt service during these times! read more

My mother and I received a beautiful arrangement a few days ago...a hydrangea, and a peace lily...after only a few days, the hydrangea died. I contacted Gary, the owner, I think, and he not only sent another gorgeous colorful succulent, but it arrived within an hour of our conversation! Highly recommend this place! So hard to find this level of customer service these days.. Thank you Gary! read more

Cary at Flowering Jade provided me with amazing long-distance service. Ordered a flowering basket for a memorial. Did my order over the phone so that I could double check on what particular arrangement would be sent. I ordered a "Euro Garden". The description was thus: Green plants and blooming together in a natural basket. I upgraded the arrangement so that it would be larger and more full. Much to my disappointment, when I arrived at the memorial I just couldn't believe my eyes. Not only were there NO blooms, it was tiny and short. Ridiculously tiny. I am not adverse to spending $$$ on flowers. But, I expect to get what I paid for. Frankly, I was embarrassed. I wrote to the florist and received a reply. Clearly, he did not read and/or understand my comments. He was sorry I was disappointed. But, did he offer to make it right? Nope. A reputable florist would have sent a replacement. I only used this florist as my regular florist was swamped. I will never again use the Flowering (Flowering?) Jade. read more

My mother called to order flowers and had recently lost her voice. She asked if the lady on the other end could hear her and the employee replied with a condescending, "yeah I'm waiting for you to tell me something." My mom then asked if they did homecoming corsages and boutonnières, to which the lady replied, "is it today?!" I have seen other reviews speaking of the hostility of their customer service, and my advice is to simply try any one of the other flower shops in the area. I have no doubt their online ordering experience is quick and easy, but when you speak with a human being you are met with unnecessarily rude customer service. read more

My fiance and I searched high and low for a good local florist for our wedding. We didn't have a TON of needs as we were making a lot of DIY stuff for center pieces etc but we did have a few really important needs: the mom corsages, the boutonnieres, and some stemmed flowers for a special part of our ceremony. After stopping in to many flower shops with poor displays and customer service we were pleased to find this little hole in the wall gem! We were probably not the ideal customer as we had NO idea what were looking for. They had ALL kinds of flowers out for us to look at and see samples of and the guy that helped us time and time again was so patient with us and offered great advice and expertise. We came back a few times before we finally placed our order and we never felt pressured or frustrated. They made our flower experience so pleasant! They even used some of our own twine to cover the ends of the boutonnieres so that they'd match the girls homemade fabric bouquets. The day of the wedding the flowers were ready on time and they were GORGEOUS! they did not disappoint! We will be using them for all our flower needs from here on out and we are excited to be supporting this local business! read more

This place an incredible option if you enjoy attitude, condescension and sarcasm with your flowers! Couldn't place my order on their website, and when I attempted to place my order over the phone, the woman I was speaking with literally sighed as if she wasn't interested in doing business. Do yourself a favor and pick anywhere else to do business. There is no way this place can be legitimate. Worst customer service experience of my life. read more

I used Flowering Jade for the first time this week. Had flowers sent to my person for her birthday. She was thrilled and so was I! A beautiful bouquet was delivered! So happy! SCAM ALERT! They called me 3 times in a row yesterday. I called them back & they tried to tell me that since I ordered flowers last year (I've never ordered flowers in my life) that they wanted to confirm my CC# & to ask if I wanted to order flowers???? What florist does that? If you want to order flowers, you do just that. Sad that they are hurting for business this bad. Thanks for contacting the single mom who not only doesn't send flowers, but also doesn't get flowers either! Don't rub Valentine's Day in people's faces- it's extremely mean. read more
