The 800 service I used had the cake arrangement remade using Safeway grocery florist (it was beautiful) instead of an over 100 yr old so called florist company. Flower & Herb Company delivered an arrangement that looked like something I could have bought at Safeway but in this case this meager arrangement cost me $40 plus a service fee. When you order through FTD there are some occasions when the florist may need to substitute flowers but per FTD's website "Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value." This grocery store arrangement is nowhere close to color, style or quality of what was shown on FTD's site. So I had to order another arrangement from a florist I know (I live out of the area) to deliver another arrangement that may or may not arrive for Mother's Day. Stay away from this florist - they are a rip off. I only gave one star since I had to choose at least one.
