My gf and I are from out of province and wanted to send a bouquet for a dear friend's funeral in SK. Upon checking the website to see the selection, we noticed the website was horrible to navigate. We ended up calling and upon speaking with the abrupt lady, we mentioned why we were calling and that we had checked out their website to get some ideas of different bouquets available and pricing. We wanted to mention that we thought there was maybe a glitch with their website so that they could fix it. As a business owner, we know how very important a proper working website should be in this day and age. The woman was less than interested as she "doesn't care what it looks like as no one orders online anyway". Wow! Someone is out of touch with the ways of the world and accessibility to goods and services.
The woman went on to explain that she was out of flowers as they had too many events and she might be able to "throw" something together but it would just be odds and ends.
No thank you. I wouldn't order flowers from this shop for no love nore money!
