In addition, they make it difficult to cancel. You have to request a membership cancellation form and then send it back to them either via email or in person to officially cancel. This is obviously meant to be a barrier to canceling. When I spoke to the GM asking if she could explain their policy that only active members can cancel, all I was told is that it is corporate policy. I asked again if she could explain WHY this is corporate policy and she told me she had and that "I wasn't accepting her explanation" and proceeded to say "I'm sorry about the confusion or whatever this is." These are direct quotes. If customer service was better and if their corporate policies weren't designed to scam clients out of additional money when wanting to cancel, I would recommend them. The facilities are lovely and they have great massage therapists. It's really too bad. Do not spend your money here.

The therapist's response shocked me. Let me quote: "I will try my best, but it's been a full day of massages, and if you want it deep, you better come in the morning." As you can guess, I didn't get what I asked for. On top of that, the therapist wore gloves throughout the massage. It was the first time in my life someone wore gloves while giving a massage. The sensation of plastic touching my skin the entire time was awful -- for me, it felt like torture. To be fair, my husband had a massage at the same place with a different therapist and he liked it -- and she didn't wear gloves. I definitely won't be coming back and would never recommend this place. There is so much competition in Estes Park with many massage options, so I'm truly shocked that anyone could provide such poor customer service and low-quality treatment.
