Our apartment came with a flat screen TV, a surround sound system and a cosy fireplace. When visiting the hot tub, be sure to ask the front desk for a bathrobe. Some of the apartments are nicer than others though, as the apartments have different owners. One drawback to the experience was that every air mattress they gave us was broken.

We rented a 3 bdrom (3 bath) condo that was really REALLY nice and the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed (including a bottle of wine and box of chocolates (Valentine's Day) - even nice wine glasses! We had 4 adults and 3 kids and plenty of space to do our own thing. The pool/Jacuzzi were both perfect temps and connected so the adults can watch the kids. The bed linens were nicer than expected AND the best part was the staff. These folks went above and beyond (blew up an air mattress for our extra kiddo and even returned the red box rental that we accidentally left in the DVD player). Thanks Brian! The shuttle was on time and frequent and the office even has free donuts and coffee/hot chocolate for while you're waiting for the ski shuttle. Seriously, can't say enough good things about the condo and the staff!!!

Terrible. This is the worst apartment living situation I have ever been in. They try to charge any…read moreextra money wherever they can. I have payed my rent with receipts and proof for every single month and they still say there's a missing payment from the " months in question" but can't even identify where the payment is missing or what it is for. The communication and response to any complaints is non existent. I have to call my leasing office multiple times a day for multiple days a week before I can get anyone to answer. It's just one person mostly running the office however he's never there. He's not even there during office hours. I have gone to the office for scheduled meetings with the leasing manager and he won't even show up at all. This has seriously been one of the worst and most careless experiences by an apartment that I've ever experienced.

First referring to my son as a "party animal" and then stating if "my offspring can't even pick up the phone to call and his mommy has to do it for him he might not be an ideal candidate to rent to" For the record My "offspring" has been doing a lot of leg work I was just doing some of my own. I understand if you don't want to rent to college kids, but to be insulting in the process is a little much. Steer clear of this place.

I filled out an application and they got me into my house in no time. They had the apartment cleaned and looked over. And as soon ad I asked for help fixing things up they were their within 24 hours with the problem fixed.

Tara Weiss is a trash talking, trust fund girl. I was in an accident and upon moving out of the apartment I could not do alot of the cleaning and I was apologetic for this and paid the consequences when I received my deposit back, understandable. Whats not understandable is how she continued to say to the renters that the previous renter was a slob who trashed the place, which is not the case at all nothing was broken, it was just dusty with a dirty stove, it made me laugh at first, until I said hi to a new renter one day and they let me know what Tara had said about the previous renter (me) . She has slandered my name with new renters DO NOT RENT HERE for the same money many other property management places in Steamboat will give you alot more. Do not give your honest money to this underserving property manager. Almost everybody on the premises has at least one negative thing to say about Tara. Once again this was the worst renters experience I have ever had the displeasure going through.

La Casa 3 is a perfect place to stay, a really easy slopes walk for any ages, also the location to…read morethe base is great, you can simple walk to everything you need with a easy access. 2 families of 9 total, everyone sleeps good, however I'll suggest to replace one single bed for a queen bed in room #2 and should be a perfect layout. Vacasa service was outstanding, we find out the sofa bed mattress was damaged and in just one hour after reported it they replace it for a brand new. Kitchen well equipped, clean and spacious bathrooms, W&D, great dining space and beautiful views. We will return to this unit without a doubt.
