Friendly greeting. Noticed that no one was talking to their tech. Techs were speaking to each other. Lively music in the background. My tech was super friendly. She seemed to take care during the delicate parts of the manicure. Listened to my requests and humored me when I attempted small talk. Here are the little things. £31 for a nail polish pedicure. Decent price. No options for types of pedicure. Just pedicure. Nail polish offered turned out to be really old. After my nails dried, most toes showed clumps. So if you don't want gel, recommend bringing your own. Not the best shaping on the nails. Extremely short massage on feet and calves. If this is the norm, I'll find out when I try another place in a few weeks. The location needs a dee clean. Couple of ceiling spots with cob webs. Vents that have layers of grim. Not only were they backed up but they put another customer ahead of me since she only needed one nail done. This seemed like a recurring problem since everyone who came in with an appointment seemed to have at least a 15 min wait. The second thing was that they grinned the top of my nails down to the point of pain for gel nails something that in all my time getting gel has never been required before. Next the place was filthy they dont clean between customers so whe you put your hands dow you can fell the nail shavings of todays previouse customers and its just gross. Lastly they do not have a sign saying they only take cash, this sucks since if there was a sign I could have gone to the atm during my very long wait. I won't go back and will try to find a better nail place.
