Found this Florist Shop on Yelp and read Jordan's review from US. I'm from US too and wanted to send flowers/planter to my son in laws mother in Krakow, Poland for her birthday today. I called and spoke to woman who spoke English and she was able to get flowers delivered today! I was very pleased. Grazyna loved her birthday flowers and sent me a picture too! Thank you Floristica! read more

Niegodna zaufania kwiaciarnia dostarczyła nie świeże kwiaty za 300 zł w następnym dniu były już w śmieciach , nie uznała reklamacji bo przyznała ze jeśli mi odda pieniądze to ja mam racje ? .Pokazałam zdiecia .NIE POLECAM read more

Ordered flowers from the United States and wanted them sent to Krakow. Spoke with a woman on the phone who helped me in English- much appreciated! Had to change the delivery address at last minute. They didn't mind and were very quick to respond. Flowers were received on time (a few minutes early even- perfect!) at right address. Great price, great product, great service, HIGHLY recommended! read more
