This company is the worst to deal with. I recently purchased a new build in North Port, Fl., and this company was hired to install a very cheap water filtration system. From the beginning of moving into our home, we have had issues with them. Their lack of respect, accountability and properly diagnosing issues that are obviously their own. They like to place blame on their customers, and never truly resolve any issues. Today, 10/28/2025, I finally had enough. Mary, which I will assume is one of the owners, during a search about the company, was extremely rude in discussing the issues concerning water smell and continued leaking in our brand-new. unit. Our final phone encounter ended in a shouting match because of her refusal to listen to my concerns. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY WATER FILTRATION SYSTEMS.
