Made an appointment and went to the address provided on their Apple Maps page and it took me to a random place in Weston that is not their shop. No big deal, I try calling to see where I'm suppose to be but no answer. I text them then and no response either. Luckily I went back to the scheduling email and saw the address was different so I tried to go there next. When I arrived It was the right place this time but nobody was there. I called again and texted again to no avail. I also sent an email and have yet to hear back. I waited over an hour at the store and nobody responded. If you're looking for a wrap even it's a small job like mine or a huge one this is the place. The customer service is the very best. I only needed a few pieces done for my Corvette. ***DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!*** I don't even know where to begin. I came to this store with the expectation of amazing work/service given the owners awards and accolades. The shop itself seems nice and presentable and the owner at first seemed to be a professional. It wasn't until I came back to pick up my car until the nightmare began. For one, he's extremely aggressive with his work. He literally destroyed the molding between the window and roof on both the windshield and the back windshield. Completely destroyed it and then blamed it on the car being old. The car is in MINT condition and is a BMW M6. He would not take ownership for how he butchered the molding. He also had the sticky part of the wrap sitting on my paint causing my paint to chip. He also had to sand the roof to even it out before adding the wrap, and he completely messed that up as well. I have pictures and will post those as well. I'm going to be filing a lawsuit against him for his negligence and he will be paying for the damage he caused. He literally destroyed the entire roof of the car, damaged my paint and destroyed the molding on the windshield of the car. Before I was recommended to Florida Car Wrap, I had gone to many decal/wrap shops throughout the years. All the previous places disappointed me in one way or the other. Be it quality of the vinyl or the actual install, even the customer service and warranty. But with Florida Car Wrap, that's not the case. I've known and used the services of Steve (owner) and Chaba for about 3 years I'd say. They have installed my racing stripes and vinyl pieces on both cars and their quality of work and brand (3M) is superb. I've sent people their way and they're happy as well.
