It was set to auto pay on December 22. I spoke to someone at the office and she said that she canceled that Auto Pay. She said " just don't pay and the policy will cancel " They withdrew the funds anyway and now I will have to waste more time on the phone trying to get this money back. This agency is Southern Insurance, but they were bought out by this Patriot Growth Insurance. I will be switching my homeowners policy to another agency. This really screwed up my bank account because I was not expecting that large amount to come out of my account. I have been trying to call, but now there is no answer.
