This is an old ship yard that has been converted to an urban use space, notably the yearly…read morePrimavera Festival. The layout for the festival is weird but it works since you can hide stages in certain areas to prevent noise bleed. On a rainy day there are a lot of dips and puddles that make the area messy and slippery. The concrete makes it a pain in the feet to stand on for shows. It does over look the sea which is beautiful. Sunset is amazing.
