My mother has been at this location for approx. 2 years which is her third and final stop starting with assisted living then to the next level skilled assistance and now at Florence Park a nursing facility. They do an excellent job with both the care and concern for our mother. They keep our family apprised with any issues and provide us with a level of comfort that anyone would expect for their mother. I worked at Florence Park for a while and I can tell you that most of the nurses are there for a paycheck and theres only 1 Medication Aide that knows what they are doing and he is excellent with the residents and good at his job. Management and office personnel are snobby and out for $! They are so short handed the residents suffer for that. The D.O.N fires the good employees d/t the fact she doesnt like them and keeps the mean ones because they "fit" her expectations. I wouldnt put my animal in this place, let alone a human being! read more
